Obsidian Markets is a private network for cross-border deal-making, a way to connect the right people across countries and industries, and turn real opportunities into closed deals.
I've spent the past several years working on complex, high-stakes transactions that cross borders: joint ventures in real estate and hospitality, the syndication of capital from private equity and hedge-fund partners, operator and stakeholder negotiations, early-stage planning for large-scale development, and the financial modeling and feasibility analysis that decide whether a deal is actually real. Before that, I built and led my own technology company for half a decade. I'm also a licensed California real estate agent, trained in law at the USC Gould School of Law, with a grounding in deal structure and the strategic instincts I first sharpened studying political strategy at UCLA. That range spans capital, operators, developers, founders, and the frameworks most applicable to deal formation.
But the heart of Obsidian Markets isn't any single transaction. It's the network behind it. Over years of building genuine relationships, I've earned trusted access across continents and industries. That includes real estate developers and pre-market opportunities, investors and capital partners, leading technology and security talent alongside the venture builders around them, and a wide range of operators, suppliers, and decision-makers who can actually move things forward. These aren't cold contacts. They're relationships built on trust, which is what turns a name into an introduction worth having.

I can connect you to partners and opportunities most people never see: off-market and pre-market deals, vetted suppliers and buyers, talent, capital, and doors into markets you're trying to enter. I help shape each connection so it works for both sides, and I stay close to keep it moving.
